FOUND. A tabby cat, approximately seven years old, very affectionate, missing one ear. Found behind the Job Centre, Tuesday morning. Owner please contact Mrs Phelps at 14 Wych Elm Lane. Mrs Phelps does not have a phone and would prefer you came in person, between 4pm and 4:30pm only.

LOST. A black-and-tan spaniel called Mervyn. Last seen heading towards the Fens with what his owner described as 'a look of intent'. Reward offered: a small jar of homemade chutney.

FOUND. A complete set of dentures, in a knotted handkerchief, on the wall outside the Community Hall. Believed to have been there since at least the Easter Fete. Owner please apply with proof of ownership.

LOST. Three white tabby cats from the same household. The owner notes that one of them 'left of its own accord and we wish it well'. The other two are missed.

FOUND. A ceremonial gauntlet, full-size, embroidered with the words DO NOT TOUCH ME. The Echo declines to print further details. The gauntlet is being held at the Police House.
